20 weeks of intensive Spanish classes + 12 weeks of culinary/travel/business themed courses.
This allows you to learn Spanish while further exploring your interests and understanding the subject matter, which will directly help you in your subsequent choice of university major or work exchange.
Spanish & Culinary Studies

The history of Spanish cuisine is probably one of the most rich, diverse and interesting gastronomic histories in the world. The Iberian Peninsula has been influenced by many cultures, and Spanish cuisine has been immersed in the culinary customs of each of the peoples living there. Even today, Spanish cuisine continues to evolve and continues to be one of the pioneers in promoting the Mediterranean diet.

This course is for people who wish to work in the gastronomy industry or who are interested in gastronomy.The goal of the course is to enable students to understand what traditional Spanish cuisine is, the culture of Spanish cuisine and how to cook these classic delicacies and to better enjoy the local cuisine during their stay in Spain.

The cooking course will be taught at the most professional hotel catering school in Salamanca, with a team of instructors who all have a master's degree in education teacher training and are experienced in the catering industry, even having trained in top Michelin restaurants.

Spanish & Tourism Studies

This program is designed to prepare students to execute and develop their skills in the business world. Learn about the latest trends in business management through senior professionals who are active in the industry.

The program offers participants the opportunity to experience the global business environment while learning about the latest ideas in current corporate management and interacting in a cross-cultural atmosphere.

Basic preparations and elementary dishes with meat, poultry and game.
Basic elaborations of pastries and elementary desserts.
