On formalizing enrollment in a course (and accommodation), please accept the General Terms, Payment Conditions and Methods, as well as the terms and rules of Lingua Globe.
The school may change its courses, timetables and prices at its discretion.
Lingua Globe accepts no liability for students’ actions out of their offices.
Lingua Globe assumes no liability for accidents, theft or injures during the client’s stay.
The client is fully responsible for right travel documents and travel insurance.
- The minimal age to participate in Lingua Globe’s courses is 18 years old.
- The enrollment of the course could carry out by:
Internet through TPV system
Cash on arrival in the office
Bank transfer
Enrollment to formalize the registration: € 60 (price deductible of the enrollment)
A) Whole payment for the enrollment by Internet
B) 50% payment for the enrollment and 50% on arrival
C) 100% payment on arrival in the office, except € 60 that it must be paid at the moment of the enrollment
The enrollment is not refunded in any case.
The refund of the payment will be carried out in the same way as the entrance fee has been received.
a) If the student cannot attend the course anymore, he/she will receive 70% refund of the weekly courses not completed.
b) The student could cancel the course with the right of 100% refund, less € 60 of the registration fee, 30 days before the beginning of the course. The bank fees about the cancellation and refund are student’s obligation.
c) The student could cancel the course with the right of 90% refund, less € 60 of the registration fee, 15 days before the beginning of the course. The bank fees about the cancellation and refund are student’s obligation.
d) Lingua Globe cannot be held liable for cancellations due to health or personal issues.
All students, who wish to cancel their program (course and/or accommodations) prior to their arrival, should notify Lingua Globe in writing by post mail, fax +34 923120055, or e-mail cursos@lingua-globe.com.
Cancellations not received by one of the three above mentioned options will not be accepted.
a) The student could change the course, but he/she will have to pay the difference if the new course is more expensive.
b) The student could change the level of the course if there is an available group.
Lingua Globe will not refund any money for the change of course.
Services included in the price: educational material, folder, pen and notebook.
Facilities of the centre: library, multimedia room, language laboratory.
All prices of accommodation are per person per week.
All accommodation is arranged from the Sunday evening before the course starts until the Saturday morning after the course ends. Extra nights can normally be arranged on payment of the supplement.
Prices for alternative kinds of accommodation (e.g. hostel and hotel) are available on demand.
Water and electricity costs are included in the fees.
If the student chooses accommodation in an apartment, he/she will be asked to pay a deposit of € 100 in order to book it. Any loss or damage that is attributed to the student will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is returned.
The lodging with a family should be demanded at least one month in advance.
Students are not covered for any illnesses, accidents or loss of personal property (either in the accommodation or in the school).
Lingua Globe recommends students have their own insurance policy and health insurance policy.
Citizens of EU countries do not require a Visa to enter Spain.
Students coming from non-EU countries should ask their nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate for information on what documentation they may require to enter Spain.
